Our work related challenges are a very important part – but not everything. A good balance in family, freetime and work life will give each individual resources and energy to be flexible, committed and willing to take initiative.

At Bankdata I have the freedom to take responsibility. Responsible for my work, our results, my own development and motivation as well as the cooperation with my colleagues and customers. With the responsibility I also enjoy the influence that follows.
